Owner | National Iranian South Oil Company |
Location | Khouzestan & Bandar Imam, Iran |
Services | • Basic Engineering • FEED Package • EPC Tender Package • Project Management |
A) NGL-2300 (Ahwaz):
The purpose of the NGL-2300 plant is to maximize the recovery of C2+ components. The feed gas for this plant is sourced from:
- Separated gas from the 1st stage of the Maroon-Khami plant (156 MMSCFD).
- Gas condensate stabilization units of the Maroon-Khami plant (18 MMSCFD).
- Produced gas from the Maroon-5 production unit (82 MMSCFD).
The recovered C2+ condensates from this plant are transferred to the CFU-200 separation unit in Mahshahr, while the produced sweet gas is injected into the Maroon oil field. This plant comprises the following units:
- Low-pressure gas compression unit.
- Gas sweetening unit.
- Gas dehydration unit.
- Acid gas compression unit.
- C2+ recovery unit.
- C2+ purification unit.
- Utilities.
- Pipelines for C2+ condensates, sweet gas, and acid gas.
B) CFU-200 C2+ Separation Plant (Bandar Maah-Shahr):
The CFU-200 plant gathers C2+ components from NGL 2300 (mentioned above), NGL 1700, 1900, and 2000. In this plant, ethane, propane, butane, and C5+ components are recovered, stored, and transferred. This plant includes the following units:
- De-ethanizer.
- De-propanizer.
- De-butanizer.
- Storage tanks for propane, butane, and C5+.
- Transfer pumps.
- Utilities.
Project | Kupal Gas Pipeline and Gas Injection Plant |
---|---|
Client | NISOC |
Owner | National Iranian South Oil Company |
Location | Khouzestan, Iran |
Services | • Basic Engineering • FEED Package • EPC Tender Package • Project Management |
In alignment with the reservoir maintenance policy and with the goal of maximizing oil recovery from the Kupal Oil Field, situated in the southwest of Iran, the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) has planned to undertake the design, engineering, construction, and commissioning of the Kupal Gas Injection Project. This project aims to inject 300 MMSCFD of gas into the Kupal oil field's Asmary layer at a pressure of 270 barg. The injection gas will be sourced from the Shahid Mohammadi compressor station via a feed transmission pipeline to the Kupal Gas Injection Compressor Station, with a delivered pressure of 54 barg.
Presently, there exists one compressor station with the capacity to handle only 150 MMSCFD, which is delivered at the endpoint of the gas pipeline. Given this situation, it is necessary to design an additional gas compressor station capable of boosting the remaining 150 MMSCFD of gas at the endpoint of the feed pipeline.
Project | South Pars Gas Field Development Phases 6,7& 8 C4A Up-Stream Area |

Client | Sazeh |
Owner | Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) |
Location | Assaluyeh, Iran |
Services | • Detailed Engineering • Procurement Services • Project Management |
The South Pars Gas Field Development, Phases 6, 7 & 8, is a newly established gas plant located in Assaluyeh, which is situated 270 kilometers southeast of Bushehr.
The purpose of this field is to produce gas and condensate for onshore treatment. The facilities for phases 6, 7 & 8 are designed to handle a total of 3000 MMSCFD of reservoir fluids from three development phases, each with a capacity of 1000 MMSCFD (on a dry basis).
The upstream facilities for C4A consist of the following process units:
• Unit 100: Reception Facilities
• Unit 101: HP Separation Unit
• Unit 102: MEG Recovery
• Unit 109: Sour Water Stripper
• Unit 140: Flare KO Drums
• Unit 142: Closed Drain Drum
• Unit 145: Propane Bullet
Project | Khangiran Gas Treating Plant - Sulfur Recovery Unit #4 |

Client | Sazeh |
Owner | National Iranian Gas Company |
Location | Sarakhs, Iran |
Services | • Detailed Engineering • Preparation of tender documents for construction and erection • TBE / VDR • Project Management |
Each sulfur recovery unit has a capacity of 650 metric tons per day (MTPD) and operates based on the CLAUS processing system.
The fourth unit will be constructed adjacent to the third unit within the battery limit of Khangiran Refinery.
The reasons and objectives for building a new SRU unit are as follows:
• Addressing environmental concerns
• Increasing sulfur production
• Extending the lifespan of catalysts
